PRO-603 FINO Micro is a modern, ready-to-use polymer microcement designed to create decorative, seamless finishes on floors and walls. It provides a very smooth, durable, easy-to-clean and waterproof surface with high adhesion and good mechanical resistance. With its finer 0.3mm grain, it is typically applied over PRO-602 FINO Base as the final decorative layer where a more refined finish is required.

Intended Uses

PRO-603 FINO Micro is intended for creating decorative, seamless finishes on walls and floors where a high degree of smoothness is required. It is suitable for both residential and commercial applications. In wet areas, an appropriate waterproofing system must be applied. The product is designed to be used as part of a complete FINO microcement system.

Substrate Preparation

PRO-602 FINO Base must be fully dry, properly bonded and free from any defects before applying PRO-603 FINO Micro. The surface should be sanded to remove imperfections and achieve a uniform profile, then thoroughly vacuumed.

Product Preparation

PRO-603 FINO Micro is supplied ready to use and should be stirred thoroughly before application.

• Check tinted products against the order before use
• Use material from the same production batch across a single surface
• If needed, up to 1% clean water may be added to improve consistency

Application

Apply evenly using a stainless steel or rubber trowel, or an equivalent tool, at a maximum thickness of 0.5mm. Apply the material across the full surface without interruption, working towards the exit to maintain a consistent finish. Where additional coats are required, allow the previous coat to dry before sanding lightly and removing all dust prior to overcoating. After the final microcement coat has dried for at least 12 hours, clean the surface and seal with PRO-604 FINO Pre Sealer if required, followed by a minimum of two coats of PRO-605 FINO Top PU.

Application Conditions

Apply only when the air, substrate and product temperatures are between +15°C and +25°C. During work and drying, ventilate the room well but protect the area from strong draughts that could cause overly rapid drying.
