Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting EWI Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Processing times

All orders are processed within 3 working days provided the items are
in stock. If items are out of stock, our customer service team will contact
you to inform you of expected restocking times or offer alternative items.

Delivery estimates

Our customer service team will inform you of an estimated delivery time. Any unsuccessful delivery attempts where the customer has been informed of an estimated delivery time will be charged to the customer at the original cost. All items are shipped via a pallet service, courier or Luton van depending on the size, quantity and weight of the items ordered. Where applicable, consignments may be split over the course of one-to-two days to ensure delivery of all goods ordered. All deliveries are made 8am-5pm but may exceed 5pm in busier periods. The date of delivery specified by the Supplier is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and the Supplier shall not be liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the goods.

Shipment Conditions & Curbside Delivery

Pallets are wrapped with shrink wrap which does not protect them from the weather. The customer is responsible for protecting their pallets from getting wet.

All deliveries are curbside only. This means that the driver will deliver the goods to the curb or roadside at the delivery address. The driver is not responsible for moving the goods beyond the curb, into a building, or to a specific location on the property. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary equipment and assistance to transport the goods from the curb to their desired location.

Cancellations

If your order has not yet been processed, you can request a cancellation
by contacting our customer services team. If your order is in process or already in transit, please wait for your order to arrive before initiating the return by contacting our customer service team. Please note that you may have to pay a restocking fee where the cancellation has been requested whilst the order is in process or already in transit.

Returns

Only items that have been purchased directly from EWI Store, either via the online store or at an EWI Store branch, can be returned to EWI Store. You have 14 calendar days to return items (excluding bags and tinted products).
