Trackwall® Brick Slip Carrier Board is a pre-engineered fibre cement board designed to support the fast, accurate and reliable installation of brick slips. This product is supplied as a pallet of 50 Trackwall® panels, with each panel measuring 1190mm x 1125mm and featuring 68mm grooves to guide brick slip placement.
Designed for external brick slip cladding and internal brick slip feature walls, Trackwall® provides a practical carrier board solution for creating the appearance of traditional brickwork across new build, refurbishment, extension and modern methods of construction projects.
The grooved track profile helps installers achieve consistent brick slip alignment and even coursing, making it easier to create a neat masonry-style finish. Once the Trackwall® boards are mechanically fixed to a suitable supporting structure, brick slips can be bonded into the 68mm grooves using an appropriate brick slip adhesive before being pointed with mortar to complete the brick-effect façade.
Trackwall® Brick Slip Carrier Board is suitable for a range of construction types, including timber frame, light-gauge steel frame, ICF, façade systems and most MMC build-ups. It offers a lightweight alternative to traditional brickwork, helping to reduce installation time while still achieving a high-quality brick slip cladding finish.
Manufactured from 12mm fibre cement board, Trackwall® is suitable for both internal and external applications. The board is water resistant, frost resistant and designed for long-term façade performance when installed correctly as part of a project-specific system design. The fibre cement board also achieves an A1 reaction to fire classification, making it suitable for projects where fire performance is an important consideration.

Application
Trackwall® Brick Slip Carrier Board should be installed in line with the project-specific fixing layout and system design. The boards are mechanically fixed to a suitable supporting frame or substructure using approved fixings and washers.
Once secured, brick slips are bonded into the 68mm grooves using a suitable brick slip adhesive. The joints are then pointed with mortar to create a traditional brickwork appearance. All joints, openings, corners and drainage details should be completed in accordance with the relevant project specification and installation guidance.
Structural loads such as signage, lighting or external fixtures should be fixed back to the main structure and not directly into the Trackwall® panel.
