ProLevel Fibre: Reinforced Flexible Floor Leveller - 20kg

UltraTile ProLevel Fibre: Reinforced Flexible Floor Leveller is a single part, high strength, rapid drying and curing concrete floor leveller. This floor leveller incorporates a blend of specially graded fillers, cements, polymers and fibres. The specially formulated fibre technology aids application and strength resulting in a strong and even base which sets in 3 hours and can be tiled upon after 8 hours.

Application

Prime the substrate following the product data sheet. Control powder-to-water ratios for a free-flowing mix suitable for 3–75 mm application. For hand/trowel use, mix in a clean 20 L+ bucket with 3.4 L cold water (avoid warm water as it shortens working time and may cause shrinkage). Gradually add powder while mixing with an electric paddle, keeping the mixer below the surface to reduce air. After all powder is added, mix for 2 more minutes until smooth and lump-free.

Apply by pouring onto the floor and spreading with a steel trowel, working from the farthest point back to the exit. Maintain a wet edge so sections blend properly. For large or deep areas, batten off sections. Keep the surface free of traffic while curing.

Storage

This product can be stored in for 8 months in unopened bags, clear of the ground in dry conditions. Ideal storage temperature:  5˚C - 25˚C.
