Euromair DropPro 8P - Thin Coat Render Spray Machine Kit with  Gentilin C330 Compressor

The Euromair DropPro 8P is a lightweight grout pump and rendering machine. The machine is typically used to apply render to walls and other surfaces. The Euromair DropPro 8P render spray machine uses high pressure to atomise the render mixture and spray it evenly onto the wall surfance. Using a spray machine to apply render can be faster and more efficient than traditional hand-troweling methods and can result in a smoother, more uniform finish. The use of a render spray machine can also reduce labour costs and increase production speed while on site. This paticular machine is great for small site work and domestic houses. The Euromair DropPro 8P can also be used to spray basecoats rather than hand applying to speed up the application process. Basecoats need to be prepared (typically mixed with water) prior to pouring them in to the spray machine. Included in Thin Coat Render Spray Kit:

• 1 x Fine Spray Gun with 6mm and 10mm Nozzle

Can be purchased with or without a Gentilin C330 Compressor Please note you will need a 5 kVA Transformer with 3.5 continuous rating to run this kit efficiently.

Application Top Tips

• Open the spray gun nozzle into a bucket, there will be an initial burst of air that you do not want on the wall, then transfer the gun onto the wall.
• Always spray over a flat basecoat, we recommend using our EWI-225 Premium Basecoat.
• Using our EWI-333 Top Coat Primer creates a barrier to protects the pigment in the render, helps build up a good colour depth, and controls the suction giving more working time.
• Spray and blend the render in circular motions to create a perfect finish, if the render is too thin you will notice patches.
• A benefit of spraying is that you can stop and start when you want, as long as the render doesn't dry.
• Always turn the spray gun nozzle on and off into a bucket.
• If using a render float, ensure you always go in the same direction to keep the finish consistent.
