We’ve got spots of damp appearing near the bottom of the walls, is that an issue?
Hi Mary, that depends on whether they’re above or below your DPC. The DPC will protect from rising damp, however, if it’s compromised, that can still occur and lead to structural problems. We’d recommend getting your DPC checked
