Nano Drex Protect - Render Guard (EWI-086) - 5L

Nano Drex Protect Render Guard (5L) is the latest product from EWI Pro, designed to protect render from the elements, easily applied to existing render surfaces (either sand and cement, monocouche or thin coat render systems) and creates a breathable, protective barrier that prevents damage caused by rainwater or penetration of any dirt. Nano Drex Protect Render Guard dries clear with no gloss, and once dry it creates a vapour permeable layer reducing the absorbency of the surface. The Nano Drex Protect Render Guard is a great way to prevent any biological growth from appearing on existing render surfaces. The product also helps to prevent discolouration of the render after rainfall, ensuring a consistent look to your property regardless of the weather conditions. Nano Drex Protect Render Guard can also help reduce energy bills and increase the warmth of your property by keeping underlying brick / block walls dry - heat escapes out of damp walls faster than dry walls.

Application

All render must be cleared of dust, soot, grease and anything else that might reduce the contact between the product and the render. Any surface covered in mould, algae or moss should first be treated with EWI-360 Fungicidal Wash. The product comes ready to use. Do not dilute the product with water or mix with other materials. Mix thoroughly before use. Apply Nano Drex Protect when the temperature is between 5˚C and 25˚C with a paintbrush or roller. The coverage rate for the Nano Drex Protect - Render Guard is approximately 0.15 litres per meter squared.

Render Guard Safety Measures:

Avoid contact with skin. Wear eye protection. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. After contact with skin, wash with water. Wear suitable protective gloves and clothing.
