PRO-009 Ceramic Paint is a high-quality internal paint formulated with ceramic components and high-quality polymer resin to create a durable, smooth and attractive decorative finish. Once dry, it forms a hard, dense coating with excellent scratch resistance, strong colour durability and high resistance to washing, scrubbing and non-aggressive detergents. Its low-VOC, hypoallergenic formulation and pleasant fragrance make it particularly well suited to interiors that need both performance and appearance.
Intended Uses
PRO-009 Ceramic Paint is intended for internal use on walls and ceilings where a durable, washable decorative coating is required. It is especially suitable for heavily used interior spaces such as staircases, bathrooms, kitchens and public-use environments including nurseries, offices, hospitals and similar buildings. The paint is suitable for use on correctly prepared cement-lime plasters, gypsum plasters, plasterboard, concrete, reinforced concrete, finishing coats and suitably prepared existing paint coatings.

Substrate Preparation
Substrates must be dry, sound, clean and free from dust, grease, release agents, paint residues, mould, algae, moss, saline efflorescence and other contaminants that may affect adhesion. Any symptoms of biological growth should be removed before painting. Surface irregularities, cracks and cavities should be repaired using materials suitable for the substrate, and repair areas must be fully dry and properly set before decoration. Surfaces not intended for painting should be protected before application. As a guide, cement-lime plasters should be painted after a minimum of 28 days, gypsum plasters after 14 days, gypsum smoothing coats after 3 days and polymer smoothing coats after 2 days of drying.
Product Preparation
PRO-009 Ceramic Paint is supplied ready to use.
- Do not dilute with water
- Do not mix with other materials
- Stir thoroughly before use
- Check that the selected colour matches requirements before application begins
Application
Apply the paint evenly by roller, brush or suitable spray equipment. Paint continuously across each full surface to avoid visible lap marks and do not allow individual sections to dry out part-way through application. Use paint from the same production batch on one continuous surface wherever possible. Where additional coats are required, allow the previous coat to dry for a minimum of 6 hours before applying the next.
Application Conditions
Apply when air, substrate and product temperatures are between +5°C and +30°C. Rooms should be ventilated during application and drying, but strong draughts that could cause excessive drying should be avoided. High humidity and lower temperatures may significantly extend drying times.
