The uPVC Plasterboard Corner Bead helps installers create straight, consistent external corners when finishing plasterboard walls, partitions and boxed sections.
Its defined corner profile provides a reliable guide during application, reducing the time required to form accurate corners by hand. Once embedded within the finishing compound or plaster, the bead reinforces vulnerable plasterboard edges and helps protect them against knocks, chips and everyday damage.
Manufactured from white uPVC, the bead will not rust or corrode and is compatible with standard plasterboard jointing compounds and finishing materials. The white profile also helps make minor damage to the covering compound less visually noticeable than it may be with exposed metal beads.
The bead features 23mm × 23mm wings and is supplied in a 2.5m length for internal plasterboard and drywall finishing.
