    The uPVC Render Internal Corner Bead with Mesh is designed to reinforce and protect inside corner angles within external wall insulation and compatible render systems.

    Its preformed profile provides a reliable guide for creating straight, consistent internal corners at junctions such as recessed façade sections, window and door reveals and adjoining wall surfaces. This helps installers form accurate details more efficiently than reinforcing the corner using loose mesh alone.

    Integrated 100mm × 100mm glass fibre mesh wings allow the bead to be securely embedded into the basecoat on both adjoining surfaces. The mesh strengthens the surrounding reinforced layer, helps distribute stress and reduces the risk of cracking around the corner detail.

    Manufactured from durable uPVC, the bead will not rust or corrode. It also helps protect vulnerable internal corner angles against mechanical damage once incorporated into the completed render system.

    The bead is supplied in a 2.5m length and should be fully embedded within the reinforced basecoat layer before applying the primer and final render finish.

    Embed the bead into the wet basecoat along the inside corner angle. Ensure both mesh wings lie flat and are fully covered without folds or voids. Overlap the wings with the main reinforcement mesh in accordance with the specified EWI system installation details.

    In this product name, internal corner refers to an inside-facing corner angle within an external façade system, not an indoor application.
