Business Development Administrator – Aylesbury

The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for an EWI Pro Business Development Administrator within our Business Development team. This is primarily a B2B role, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service/sales administration.

Your daily tasks will include supporting the business development team and managing their invoicing process, liaising with the customer service team booking deliveries and assisting with any ad hoc administrative duties. You will need to be highly- motivated and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment, working independently and within a team.

Your duties will also include developing business opportunities and maintaining client relationships. Therefore, having strong telephone skills and being able to communicate clearly and effectively is highly desirable.

Key Skills

  • Excellent writing ability, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and to react quickly to changing priorities.
  • Enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal Orientated.
  • Experience in working across multiple teams and business areas.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).


  • Some knowledge of the building industry would be a big bonus!
  • Customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Phone skills.
