The Aerogel Insulation Strip is a high-performance, ultra-thin insulation solution designed to eliminate cold bridging in critical detail areas of an External Wall Insulation (EWI) system. With exceptional thermal performance in just 10mm thickness, it allows installers to improve thermal continuity where standard insulation boards cannot physically be used.

Perfect for window and door reveals, sills, lintels and tight construction details, this aerogel strip reduces heat loss, surface condensation and mould risk without affecting finished dimensions.

Installation Overview

Installed directly to the substrate using a suitable EWI adhesive mortar. Aerogel strips are fully meshed and basecoated as part of the system reinforcement layer before the final render finish is applied.
