The Versaroc MPA1 Fibre Cement Sheathing Board (2400 x 1200 x 12mm) is a high-performance cement board designed for exterior use in steel frame systems (SFS). Manufactured from ordinary Portland cement and reinforced with inorganic fibres, this board delivers excellent strength, dimensional stability, and long-term durability.
Ideal for façade applications, it provides superior resistance to weather, impact, and fire. With an A1 non-combustible rating in accordance with EN 13501-1:2007 + A1:2009, it offers peace of mind when used as part of a fire-safe wall build-up. The board also delivers low thermal conductivity at just 0.026 W/mK, supporting the energy efficiency of the overall system.
Each board offers a generous 2.88m² coverage, making it a practical and reliable solution for a wide range of external wall insulation projects.
