Everbuild Stixall Silicone (Clear)
The Everbuild Stixall is the ultimate silicone sealant, ideal for use on a range of substrates and is available in transparent or opaque white. Based on hybrid polymer technology, this product is a solvent-free sealant and adhesive, combining the characteristics of silicone and polyurethane to create a product that can seal virtually anything in any condition, including underwater applications.
The Stixall adhesive is completely waterproof and resistant to extreme temperatures. It is suitable for interior and exterior use and has a fast curing time for a speedy job completion. This is the best product to use for applications that require a high strength seal.
The Everbuild Stixall offers a durable sealing and bonding of joints, insulation panels and perimeter pointing around doors and windows. Stixall adhesive ensures an incredibly high bonding strength with a durable and long-lasting finish.
All substrates must be clean and dust-free. The Stixall adhesive can be used on damp surfaces without standing water. It can only be used for underwater applications in the case of emergency repair.
Carefully cut the tip of the silicone sealant cartridge. Fix the nozzle and cut the aperture to the required width. Everbuild Stixall should be applied with a standard sealant gun.
If using the Stixall as a sealant, masking tape should be used to to ensure that adjacent walls are not contaminated with the product. The masking tape should be removed immediately before the sealant has a chance to set. The sealant should be tooled within 5 minutes of application to ensure a smooth, professional finish.
When using the silicone sealant as an adhesive for bonding lightweight items, apply the adhesive to the back of the item in one or two continuous beads and press them into place.
This product is sold in 290ml cartridges.
If the adhesive is still wet, it can be cleaned up with excess wet adhesive immediately with white spirit and a cloth. Fully cured material can be carefully removed by mechanical means. Stixall must be fully cured before it is painted over.
Wear protective clothing during use.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Avoid contact with skin for extended periods of time.
