This particular silicone sealant contains a fungicide which protects against mould and bacteria, making it suitable for use in wet and humid conditions.
This particular Everbuild silicone is extremely flexible, high strength, quick to apply and long-lasting against damp and mould.
All surfaces must be clean, dry and dust-free. Any loose material or flaking surfaces need to be removed before the application of the silicone sealant. Glass, metal and aluminium should be cleaned with a solvent cleaner prior to application.
Carefully cut the tip of the silicone sealant cartridge. Fix the nozzle and cut the aperture to the required width. Everbuild silicone should be applied with a standard sealant gun. Best practice is to keep the gun at a constant angle to surface, maintaining an even pressure. Smooth down the silicone sealant using a spatula within 15 minutes of application.
Masking tape should be used to to ensure that adjacent walls are not contaminated with the product. The masking tape should be removed immediately before the sealant has a chance to set.
This product is sold in 290ml cartridges.
If the adhesive is still wet, it can be cleaned up with excess wet adhesive immediately with white spirit and a cloth. Fully cured material can be carefully removed by mechanical means. Everbuild Silicone must be fully cured before it is painted over.
Wear protective clothing during use.

Avoid contact with skin for extended periods of time.
